Read Chapter 11 from the book.

You have to do the Extension work from page 69 and 70, since the paragraph "Another type of software used in communication....".

You need to look at some sites of Companies, choose the one you like so you can answer the questions 5-6-7-8 from this extension work.

Don´t forget to read the Example questions from page 74/75. They are important to understand this chapter.
